Call To Order
An Engineering meeting of the OC Engineering club, was held on Febuary 20th, 2020. The meeting convened at 3pm, called to order by Dylan Jensen, in the library basement, room 001. President Raymond Simpson presiding, Dylan Jensen, vice president, and Yuval Martin(Officer).

Advertising/Recruitment
- Members are continuing one on one recruitment
Business Cards
- Are still on the list to be acquired
Club Logo
- Still waiting on a submission for a logo.
Current EE Club Project: Holonomic Drive Robot
- Team Members discussed design implementation and ideas both in meeting and outside of meeting
Dean Communication
- Raymond and Joel are scheduled to meat with the Dean directly after the meeting.
Acquisition of New Meeting Room
- Still Need room to be able to handle planned members, and also to securely store large amounts of valuable materials necessary for the RobotX project.
New business
Introduction of New Members to RobotX Project
- RobotX project scope, overview, wiki.
Next Meeting
- Next meeting planned in 2 weeks, March ??.
Approval of minutes
Motion was made by Raymond Simpson, and seconded to approve the minutes of the 20Feb2020 meeting. Motion carried.
