An Engineering meeting of the OC Engineering club,
was held on Feb 27th, 2021. The meeting convened at 2:00pm, called to order by Naomi-Lynn Miller.
President Naomi-Lynn Miller presiding, Vice President Yuval Martin and Joel Martin(Officer), a quorum being present, business was conducted.

*Club discussed creating "intro video" to streamline new member introduction

*Members are continuing one on one recruitment
**Members are encouraged to get resume online, the Navy looks at the resumes
**Members are encouraged to help write documents

*Naomi-Lynn attending previous Club Congress and secured the web presence to OCRobotX website, under the engineering club link.
*Naomi-Lynn attending is reaching out to the individual to setup the OC Club Bank Account.

*Officers spent the meeting constructing and planning the OCRobotX Master Schedule and financial budget

*a discussion was initiated about team members going to Sydney, Australia in December to attend the RobotX 2022 competition

A motion was made by Joel Martin and seconded by Naomi-Lynn to adjourn and approve the minutes of the 27Feb2021 meeting. Motion carried.
