Call To Order

An Engineering meeting of the OC Engineering club, was held on Febuary 20th, 2020. The meeting convened at 3pm, called to order by Dylan Jensen, in the library basement, room 001. President Raymond Simpson presiding, Dylan Jensen, vice president, and Yuval Martin(Officer).

Meeting with Dean

Raymond and Joel shared highlights of meeting with Dean Vaughn.
- Discussed space to store and secure equipment
- Fund Raising
- Agreements to work with WSU, and the Navy

Advertising/Recruitment

Members are continuing one on one recruitment
- Members are encouraged to get resume online
- Members are encourage to help write documents

Are still on the list to be acquired

Club Logo

Isaac Previewed the Logo, and a few changes will make it agreeable with everyone

Current EE Club Project: Holonomic Drive Robot

Project Goals where discussed
Dylan gave a short demo and sketch on the current 2nd level design

Acquisition of New Meeting Room

Still Need room to be able to handle planned members, and also to securely store large amounts of valuable materials necessary for the RobotX project.

Approval of minutes

Motion was made by Raymond Simpson, and seconded to approve the minutes of the 06Mar2020 meeting. Motion carried.
